About your Therapist
Hi, I’m Elizabeth Vou Pam but you can call me Liz. I’m a Psychologist and the Founder of Serenity Mind Wellness. My work is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and evidence-based care. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, safe, and supported, and my role is to walk with you as you rediscover balance, clarity, and peace within yourself.
With my education in Psychology (B.A, & MSc), my approach blends science and sensitivity. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals and communities navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, and life transitions: from survivors of conflict to children and families seeking emotional wellbeing. Through Serenity, I’m deeply committed to making mental health care accessible, culturally grounded, and restorative for all who seek it.
I invite you to begin this journey with me, one that may not always be easy, but will be deeply insightful and rewarding. In our sessions, your healing and confidentiality will always be held with care. Together, we’ll create a space where you can grow, release, and rebuild at your own pace, and in your own way.
